My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Be prepared to laugh out loud reading this book. Perry brings to life all those all-to-familiar experiences we’ve all been through and presents them in such lovely light. I enjoyed reading through this book and my best friend ended up going out and buying her own copy because I kept going on about how funny (in a good way) that it is. This makes a perfect gift to yourself or to any mother, or mother figure, in your life. I received an ARC through Revell Reads in exchange for an honest review. This in no way influenced my opinion.

Here we have a delightful collection of stories, all just the right length to share at bed time. I love how they read and the smiles I see on my son’s face each night. The way it is written the reader is drawn into the story in a unique fashion, making the experience that much more enjoyable. Each story is written to ensure plenty of laughs while being original and using a perfect selection of vocabulary. Overall this is a wonderful book well worth adding to any collection.
