I found this book to be an enjoyable read with a nice blend of humor and suspense. I like the way the plot weaves through the book until the reveal, which in itself is handled so well I was surprised. I feel the writing is very well done with a good handle on how to present emotions and landscape descriptions. The characters come across as though they are real people. Overall this is a fun read with just the right amount of suspense with a good flow throughout the book. There’s a lot of introductions and information during the first part of the book but Olsen does it in a way that does not feel overwhelming at all. I received an ARC through the author in exchange for an honest review. This in no way influenced my opinion.
