Assassin’s Soul by Beth Caudill

Assassin's Soul (Tales of Ellemarlene, 1)Assassin’s Soul by Beth Caudill
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

My older children are huge fantasy fans and love RPG’s. My middle child picked this up from my stack of books awaiting review and read it during a trip. He likes the strong female lead and says it is refreshing to have such a believably strong character. The writing is good with a good editing job, which is a huge plus. The characters are fairly well fleshed out with good development even with some dialogue issues. The plot has a familiar feel to it with a good flow and few slow parts. Overall this is a good addition to a fantasy library and offers a fun easy read. I received an evaluation copy from the author in exchange for my honest unpaid opinion.
