Choices and Illusions: How Did I Get Where I Am, and How Do I Get Where I Want to Be? By Eldon Taylor

My rating: Three out of Five stars

Written intelligently but not with a consistent reading level. At times it’s general almost conversational while at others it’s very clinical, impersonal. It’s filled with studies and evidence to back up ideas and theories but with such an overload it begins to feel forced which removes any gains from reading. Those who are curious or looking into the subject matter might enjoy reading this, if only to have something to refer to when discussing the ideas with someone who has no knowledge or who is in denial.
I received a free copy of this book from the publisher in exchange for an honest unbiased review.
